Terms of Service

By creating an account, purchasing access, or using PRFlow, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service. You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into an agreement.

PRFlow is a self-service document preparation tool that helps users organize information and generate an editable Employment Reference Letter for employer review. A purchase currently includes up to 9 letters and 60 days of access for a one-time payment displayed at checkout.

PRFlow does not provide legal or immigration advice, does not act as a lawyer or immigration consultant, and is not affiliated with Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada, the Government of Canada, or any employer.

Templates and guidance are provided for general informational and document-preparation purposes. PRFlow does not guarantee that a letter will satisfy an employer, government authority, immigration program, or application requirement, and does not guarantee any immigration or employment outcome.

You and your employer are responsible for reviewing the generated document, confirming accuracy, making necessary changes, and obtaining the appropriate signature.

• You must provide accurate account information and keep your login credentials secure.
• Your account and purchased access are personal and may not be shared, resold, transferred, or used to provide a document service to others.
• Access begins after Stripe confirms payment and continues for the period shown at purchase.
• PRFlow may suspend access where reasonably necessary to address fraud, security risks, unlawful use, or a material violation of these Terms.

You are responsible for the information you enter and the documents you create. You agree not to use PRFlow to create false, misleading, fraudulent, defamatory, unlawful, or unauthorized documents, or to impersonate an employer, signatory, or other person.

You must have an appropriate basis to provide personal information about other people and must not upload unnecessary sensitive information, malicious code, or content that infringes another person’s rights.

Prices and applicable currency are displayed before payment. PRFlow is a digital service delivered through online account access; no physical product is shipped. Purchases are one-time payments and do not automatically renew. Refunds and payment disputes are handled under our Refund & Dispute Policy.

PRFlow, its website, software, branding, interface, and original templates are owned by PRFlow or its licensors. Subject to these Terms, you receive a limited, personal, non-exclusive right to use the service and to use and edit documents generated from information you provide.

We work to keep PRFlow available but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may maintain, modify, or discontinue features where reasonably necessary. If a material technical issue prevents use of purchased access, contact support so we can investigate an appropriate remedy.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PRFlow is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of fitness for a particular purpose, legal sufficiency, or a particular result. PRFlow is not responsible for decisions made by employers, government bodies, immigration authorities, or other third parties.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PRFlow will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
