PRFlow

Refund & Dispute Policy

This policy explains how refunds, duplicate or unauthorized charges, and payment disputes are handled for PRFlow purchases.

Last updated on August 17, 2026

1. Digital service and access

PRFlow is a digital document preparation service. Access begins after payment is confirmed and lasts for the period shown at checkout. Nothing is physically shipped. Purchases are one-time payments with no automatic renewal.

2. Refund requests and use of the service

PRFlow provides immediate access to a digital service. You may request a refund within 7 calendar days of purchase by emailing support@prflow.ca, provided that you have not materially used the paid features of the service.

The service is considered materially used once you generate, save, download, export, or otherwise create a letter using PRFlow's paid features. After material use, the purchase is final and non-refundable, except where a refund is required by applicable law.

To request a refund, include the email address associated with your PRFlow account and enough information to identify the purchase. Do not send full card details.

Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method. If a technical problem prevented you from accessing or using the service, contact us so we can investigate and, where appropriate, restore access or issue a refund.

Nothing in this policy limits any refund, cancellation, or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

3. Requests after seven days

After 7 days, refunds are generally not provided merely because access was unused or is no longer needed. We will still review requests involving:

  • a duplicate charge;
  • an unauthorized transaction;
  • a material technical problem that prevented reasonable use of the purchased service and could not be resolved; or
  • circumstances where a refund is required by applicable law.

4. Processing time

We aim to review complete requests within 2 business days. Approved refunds are submitted to the original payment method through Stripe. The time for funds to appear is controlled by Stripe, the card network, and your financial institution.

5. Disputes and chargebacks

If you do not recognize a charge or believe there is a problem, contact us first so we can investigate promptly. You retain any right to contact your card issuer. We may provide the payment processor or card issuer with purchase, account, communication, and service-access records relevant to a dispute.

6. Cancellation and expiry

PRFlow does not currently offer recurring subscriptions, so there is no recurring plan to cancel. Access expires automatically at the end of the purchased access period. Deleting letters or ceasing to use the service does not automatically create a refund.

7. Contact

Send refund and payment questions to support@prflow.ca. Using the email associated with your PRFlow account will help us locate the purchase.
